Rebate calculator

What would a rebate actually be worth to you?

Put in the volume you already trade and the per-lot rate on the table. The figure that matters is not the monthly rebate — it is what it does to your effective cost per lot, which is the last column below.

Round turn. 10 mini lots = 1 standard lot.

Round turn, per standard lot.

Spread + commission, round turn. Leave blank if you are not sure.

Paid back monthly $100.00
Per year$1,200.00
Per trading day$4.55

An illustration of the mechanism, not an offer. Your actual rate depends on the broker, account type and instrument class — we confirm it in writing before you open.

Ask what your rate would be

Reading the number honestly

  • Round turn, not per side. A rate quoted per side is worth about half a round-turn rate for identical trading. Always ask which one you are being quoted.
  • Per instrument class. Headline rates are usually the majors rate. Metals, indices and exotics often pay less — sometimes nothing.
  • Volume floors. Some desks pay only above a monthly threshold they do not advertise. Ask for the floor in writing.
  • A rebate is not a strategy. It pays on volume you were going to trade anyway. Trading more to earn more rebate is how people lose more than the rebate is worth.
